Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in Bangladesh.
- Customized, OEM, or bulk orders may require additional production time. The estimated lead time will be communicated before order confirmation.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within Bangladesh and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Within Bangladesh
- Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Drapes & Crafts is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
